Description
SunMED will verify your coverage prior to shipping. Within 2 business days, you will receive an explanation of your benefits and a link to pay your co-pay and deductible if applicable. Once you remit payment we will ship your order and bill your insurance. Batteries are shipped ground and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Your insurance requires a prescription for your Cochlear Batteries. You will receive prescription upload directions in an email after placing your order, you or your Doctor will fax your documents to 800-715-5422, or email to Cochlear@sunmedmedical.com.

For insurance orders you will automatically be enrolled in our Autoship program until you opt or your prescription expires. Batteries will be shipped every 30 days for Medicaid patients, and every 90 days for all other insurances. To opt out of this program, please email Cochlear@sunmedmedical.com or call 855-477-4510.
